Enterprise Compliance Manager™ Implementation

Our Enterprise Compliance Manager (ECM) implementation service provides a design workshop that involves key stakeholders in scope definition and the assembly of SAM data in a central repository that is easily accessible by SAM practitioners. SAM Connectors

Your enterprise has its own unique codes to identify a variety of data from multiple sources including spreadsheets, databases, and proprietary systems. Our professional services team can develop specialized “connectors” that load information for purchases, contracts, assets, third-party inventory, corporate structure, and users into our Enterprise Compliance Manager database. Custom Report Development

ECM ships with many of out-of-the-box reports, but you may need something special — anything from a change in format to a completely new view into your data. To maximum the value you receive from ECM, our consultants work with you from specification of content and layout, development and testing, and through implementation in production. Application Recognition Library Subscription

The Application Recognition Library service provides ManageSoft customers with application titles updates that are specific to a customer’s enterprise up to four (4) times per year, based on customer inventory data in ManageSoft or Microsoft SMS, SCCM formats. Our service processes application installation evidence and yields commercial software application titles that are added to the customers library of application titles. License Definition Service

Our License Definition Service (LDS) consultants create software license definitions that typically include license type, use restrictions, quantity, duration, and more. This detailed information is input into our license and contract management system—Enterprise Compliance Manager™ (ECM)—to enable a license compliance position to be reported. These licenses typically represent the applications carrying expensive maintenance renewals, the largest return for license optimization, or the most likelihood of a vendor audit.
