Application Recognition, License Entitlement, Contract Enforcement Under the Hood

Compliance Manager (v.7.8.5) allows software and hardware assets to be discovered, monitored, and reconciled against purchases to identify license discrepancies and hardware changes.

To provide an automated compliance solution, ManageSoft takes advantage of its large application recognition library and its license entitlement knowledge database to determine what software assets are being used and to perform a true-up against related contracts. Any non-compliance situations are highlighted, which paves the way to correction before liability is incurred through an audit, vendor negotiation, or true-up.
