At VMworld, ManageSoft will be demonstrating its Enterprise Compliance Manager (ECM) software integration with VMware virtualization solutions.  This integration enables customers to reap the benefits of virtualization while remaining compliant with software license agreements. ECM provides license management for software applications running on both physical and virtual machines, and reduces costs by optimizing license purchases and maintenance renewals.

Virtualization adoption is expected to accelerate now that Microsoft has announced the lifting of their 90-day virtual machine mobility restriction as it applies to VMware and other virtualization vendors. ECM is poised to tackle the ensuing flood of license compliance challenges to ensure enterprise-wide compliance.
