Steve Butler, Chief Executive Officer
Steve Butler is chief executive officer of ManageSoft and has been a software industry CEO for the past 12 years, including 6 years running public enterprise software company, Segue Software. During his tenure at Segue, revenue rose from $15M to $59M and the company achieved sustained profitability, after he re-positioned the company to pioneer automated e-business testing. Butler also sold software company Triquest Design to a public company for a significant return to its investors. He was the #2 executive at Quickturn Design Systems from inception to more than $80M in revenue, including a successful IPO. Steve also has substantial mergers and acquisitions experience and holds a BS in Computer Engineering.
Douglas Zaccaro, Chief Financial Officer
Douglas Zaccaro, CPA, CMA (Certified Managerial Accountant) is chief financial officer at ManageSoft. Zaccaro has 30 years of financial management experience, including his prior position as CFO for Segue Software. He has a diverse background in both the public and private sectors of accounting, finance and management for software and manufacturing firms. Doug received his BSA from Bentley, MBA from Babson, a Masters Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from Bentley, and a Multination Marketing Certificate from Harvard in Switzerland.
Alan Swahn, Vice President of Marketing and Business Dev.
Alan Swahn is vice president of marketing and business development at ManageSoft. He has 21 years of experience in marketing—15 years as a VP—
with a specialty in building substantial business relationships that have resulted in millions of dollars of investment and/or product payment.
Alan has been instrumental in setting the strategic direction for ManageSoft, that has resulted in ManageSoft being an innovative leader in software asset management and license optimization.
Swahn was part of two startups that had successful IPOs and also cofounded LightSpeed Semiconductor, where he helped define and drive a new market category.
Alan holds a BS in Electrical Engineering with High Honors from Rochester Institute of Technology and an AEET with Highest Distinction from Penn State University.
Alex Levi, Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Alliances
Alex Levi is vice president of worldwide sales and alliances at ManageSoft with over 15 years of executive experience in building profitable sales operations and growing revenue with both venture backed and public companies in the software and technology markets. Alex has managed many aspects of field operations including: strategic alliances with major System Integrators (SIs), channels sales through providers of hosted and managed services, international resellers, direct sales, and international operations in EMEA and Asia.
Prior to ManageSoft, Alex was senior vice president of sales at TestQuest Inc., and senior vice president of field operations at Segue Software. During his 6 year tenure at Seque, he drove revenue from 15M to 59M. Prior to Seque, Alex served as VP of Asia Pacific Operations for Quickturn Design Systems where he built the regional reseller channel and increased revenue from 3M to 29M, thereby helping the company to reach over 100M in revenue. Alex holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Paul Hughes, Vice President of Engineering
Paul Hughes is vice president of engineering at ManageSoft. He has 13 years of experience in software development, leading the development of numerous ManageSoft products from initial conception to market release. Hughes is highly experienced in Agile Software development and has presented at national industry conferences on the topic. Paul holds an Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with Honors from Monash University in Melbourne, Australia.
Patrick Gunn, Vice President of EMEA Sales
Patrick Gunn leads ManageSoft’s EMEA business, driving new enterprise customers and strategic alliances across the region.
Gunn is a seasoned sales professional with over 20 years experience in EMEA with leading blue-chip software companies.
Patrick has been instrumental in the creation of strong EMEA business at ManageSoft. He has held key sales leadership roles
with Hewlett Packard, IBM Tivoli, and Sun Microsystems. In addition, he established strong EMEA businesses for smaller software
companies, such as Novadigm and Altiris.
Vincent Brasseur, Director of Product Marketing
Vincent Brasseur is the director of product marketing and manages the company's flagship product line—Enterprise Compliance Manager, as well as our Enterprise Deployment Suite. Brasseur is one of the industry's leading authorities on ITAM solutions with more than 12 years of experience in the asset and license management domain. Before joining ManageSoft in 2005, Vincent was with PS Soft for more than 10 years where he was Senior Director, Technology Services. At ManageSoft, Vincent works closely with customers and partners to understand requirements, architect enterprise-scale ITAM solutions, and drive the company's enterprise compliance product roadmap. Vincent holds a Masters degree in Physics and Engineering from ENSPM and ENSSPICAM, both in Marseille, France. |
